Welcome to the homepage for the portion of Advanced Mycology focusing on fungal ecology and symbioses. We will use this page as a portal for short assignments, reading assignments, course-related links, and an evolving schedule for the final portion of the course. This page will be updated throughout April and early May; please check back frequently.

Readings

When possible, readings will be posted online. I will email you regarding materials that we can't post. If you do not have a copy of the text (Deacon, Fungal Biology) please let me know.

Note that you are responsible for generating two questions for each class period based on a reading of your choice. Please send those questions to me by 10pm on the night preceding class. A representative subset, or things that collectively confuse us, will be integrated into our in-class discussions.
